多级串联电流型开关电感变换器的非线性现象研究

         

摘要

The nonlinear phenomena of multi-level cascade current-mode switched-inductor Buck-Boost converter is studied for the first time.The discrete mapping model of circuit system is derived by stroboscopic mapping method.Under the same parameters configuration and the different number of cascade,the changing law of circuit system's nonlinear phenomena is obatined by using MATLAB numerical stimulation.According to the eigenvalues of Jacobin matrix for the system's discrete mapping in the vicinity of non-hyperbolic fixed point,system's maximum Lyapunov exponent is obatined.The system's stability is analyzed by maximum Lyapunov exponent.Finally,the corresponding circuit simulation and experimental circuit validation are done.The experimental results are in agreement with simulation results.The result shows that there are abundant nonlinear phenomena,such as bifurcation and chaos,in the multi-level cascade current-mode switched-inductor Buck-Boost converter.%首次研究了多级串联电流型开关电感Buck-Boost变换器中的非线性现象,由频闪映射法得到了电流断续情况下系统的离散映射模型.通过MATLAB数值仿真,得到了在相同参数配置下,不同级联数时系统的非线性现象变化规律.根据系统离散映射模型在不动点邻域处的雅可比矩阵特征值,得出了系统的最大李雅谱诺夫指数,对系统稳定性进行了分析.最后进行了相应的电路仿真和实验电路验证,实验结果与仿真结果一致.研究结果表明,多级串联电流型开关电感Buck-Boost变换器存在着分岔和混沌等丰富的非线性现象.
