基于网络特性的产品制造过程节点重要度评估

         

摘要

车间中重要资源状态的变化将会影响整个生产过程(推迟交货期、浪费资源等).针对资源的重要性评判问题,结合复杂网络理论在复杂系统分析上的优势,将产品制造过程中的各设备资源定义为网络中的节点.根据任务路线的流向,构建制造过程多任务加权有向网络模型;同时基于所建立的车间制造网络,考虑资源节点自身属性及其相邻节点对其重要度的影响.综合度中心性、聚类系数及接近中心性三项网络特征参数,提出一种多属性决策算法评判节点的重要程度.最后,以变压器产业某个生产车间实况为例进行Flexsim仿真,通过仿真结果与该算法的对比验证其实用性和正确性.%Changes in the status of important resources in the workshop will affect the whole process of produc-tion (delayed delivery,waste of resources, etc.),in view of the problem of judging the important resources. The advantages of complex network theory in complex system analysis was combined, and defined the equipment re-sources in the manufacturing process as nodes in the network,according to the flow direction of task route,a multi-ple task weighted directed network model is constructed. At the sametime,based on the established workshop man-ufacturing network,considering the influences of the resource node's own properties and adjacent nodes on its im-portance,extracted three network characteristic parameters,degree centrality, clustering coefficient and closeness centrality,a multi-attribute decision algorithm was put forward to judge the importance of nodes. Finally,the Flex-sim simulation of a production workshop in the transformer industry is taken as an example to verify its practicability and correctness by comparing the simulation results with the algorithm.
