风力发电机浸润式闭环自循环蒸发冷却系统冷启动特性

         

摘要

通过不同的时间间隔模拟风力发电机典型间歇运行工况,进行空冷式自循环蒸发冷却系统冷启动实验.分析空冷式自循环蒸发冷却系统启动过程中温度、压力等方面的特性.结果表明,随着时间间隔的增长,空冷式自循环蒸发冷却系统初始压力降低,启动时间延长、系统压力阈值升高、冷却介质循环建立难度增大.由于系统冷却及不凝性气体渗漏等原因造成冷凝管进气变难,空冷冷凝器壁温先下降后上升,总体呈下降趋势,研究结果可为风力发电系统的正常运行提供一定的借鉴与支持.%Experiment of the auto start-up with different run time interval is carried out on the air cooled self circulation evaporative cooling(SCEC) system of the stator in wind power generator to simulate the typical working condition of wind generator. The results show that, the initial pressure of the cooling system is dropped, and the starting process is prolonged while the threshold value is increased along with the extension of running interval of the air cooled self circulation evaporative cooling system,and then the circulation of the coolant in the evaporative cool-ing system is more difficult to be built up. The wall temperature of the air cooling condenser decreased before in-creased,and the general trend is descending due to the cooling of the system and the leakage of non condensable gas into the system. All these results can be of certain favor to the normal working of wind power generator.
