社会网络、资源获取与新创企业机会识别能力的实证研究

     

摘要

机会识别能力对于新创企业的成长和发展具有至关重要的作用, 研究构建了社会网络、资源获取与机会识别能力的概念模型.通过问卷调查的方式收集数据, 并对数据进行层次回归分析以检验研究假设.结果表明:社会网络强度越大、结构洞越多, 新创企业的机会识别能力越强;网络异质性对机会识别能力无直接显著影响, 而是通过资源获取正向作用于机会识别能力;资源获取在社会网络与机会识别能力之间起中介作用.%Opportunity identification ability plays an important role in the growth and development of start-up enterprises. A conceptual model of social network, resource acquisition and opportunity identification ability is constructed. We used questionnaire to collect data and research hypotheses were tested by hierarchical regressions. The results show that the stronger the social network strength and the more structural holes, the stronger the opportunity identification ability of the start-up enterprises; network heterogeneity has no direct significant impact on the ability of opportunity identification, but it has a positive effect on opportunity identification through resource acquisition; resource acquisition plays an intermediary role between the social networks and opportunity identification ability.
