浙江产业结构升级与人力资本发展互动关系的实证研究

             

摘要

产业结构的演进不是孤立的,经济发展的所有因素都可能影响到产业结构的变化,人力资本作为促进经济增长的投入要素之一,通过影响供需变化来作用于产业结构的调整。通过理论上论述人力资本发展与产业结构升级关系的互动机理,对人力资本与产业结构作用关系进行假设,基于浙江1996—2012年的相关数据进行实证检验。检验结果表明浙江产业结构升级与人力资本发展具有长期稳定的关系,产业结构的升级是人力资本发展的重要原因,但人力资本的发展却不是产业结构升级的重要原因。%The evolution of the industrial structure is not isolated;all of the factors of economic development are likely to affect the change of industrial structure. As one of the important factors to promote economic growth, human capital brings readjustment to the industrial structure by influencing the factors of supply and demand. The article analyzes the interaction of human capital development and industrial structure from theory and assumption. Based on the data from 1996 to 2012 of Zhejiang Province, the test result suggests that there is long-term and stable relationship between industrial structure upgrading and human capital development, and upgrading of the industrial structure is the reason of the development of human capital, but human capital development is not the reason of industrial structure upgrading.
