综述了近几年来国内外介孔分子筛催化聚合物材料裂解回收相应产品的研究现状,重点介绍的主要降解方法包括热裂解法和催化裂解法.主要催化剂包括MCM-41、ZSM-5、SBA-15、MAS-7、SiO 2/Al2 O 3和介孔SiO 2.其中催化裂解主要包括催化裂解聚乙烯(PE)、聚苯乙烯(PS)、聚丙烯(PP)等高聚物的方法,同时通过X射线粉末衍射、傅立叶变换红外光谱等表征手段和考察反应体系的工艺条件分析了热裂解法和催化裂解法的优缺点.最后对介孔分子筛催化解聚聚合物材料进行了探讨与展望.%This paper reviewed the advances on research states of cracking of polymer materials cata-lyzed by mesoporous molecular sieves and recycling the corresponding monomers at home and abroad in recent years.It is focused on the main degradation methods include thermal cracking and catalytic cracking.The main catalysts include MCM-41,ZSM-5,SBA-15,MAS-7,SiO 2/Al2 O 3 and SiO 2 meso-porous molecular sieves which were used to catalyze cracking some polymers,such as polyethylene (PE),polystyrene (PS),polypropylene (PP)and so on,meantime,the advantages and disadvantages of each method were analyzed detailedly by means of X ray powder diffraction and Fu Liye transform infrared spectroscopy,the reaction conditions of the reaction system were investigated.Finally,the de-polymerization of polymer materials catayzed by the mesoporous molecular sieves were discussed and prospected.
