转型与突破：资源型城市发展路径探讨

摘要

Many resource-based urban development is difficult to escape＂success from resources and failure from resources too＂ rule,therefore,how to maintain the sustainable development of resource-based cities is an important issue.If you seize the opportunity to guide the development of a comprehensive transformation of the city,you can get rid of the difficult position resource-based cities.This article analysis of the resource-based cities face common problems from the perspective of industry life cycle and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.%众多资源型城市发展很难跳出＂成也资源、败也资源＂规律,因此,如何保持资源型城市可持续发展动力是一项重要课题。如果把握时机引导城市发展的全面转型,是资源型城市摆脱因资源枯竭而呈现＂矿竭城衰＂的结局。本文从产业生命周期的视角分析资源型城市发展面临的共性问题,并对资源型城市经济转型和结构调整提出对策建议。
