工作研究在提高生产工人劳动生产率中的应用

摘要

Aiming at the problem of a low labor productivity in H Company, we analyze and improve the tech-nical process of production based on related technologies and methods of work study. And the production workers labor productivity was increased after the improvement. The research shows that the work study can improve labor productivity and reduce production costs.%本文针对H公司生产工人劳动生产率低的问题，基于工作研究的相关技术和方法对其生产工艺过程进行分析与改善，改善后的生产工人劳动生产率得到提高。研究表明，工作研究方法能够提高劳动生产率、降低生产成本。
