高校辅导员工作综合评定的灰色系统评价模型研究

摘要

This paper establishes comprehensive assessment evaluation index system for college counselors' work, which determines the weight of each indicator by using the analytic hierarchy process. We apply gray system theory to the assessment, and construct a gray comprehensive evaluation model of multi-level by combining quali-tative analysis with quantitative calculation. Finally, a college counselor instance analysis by five professional eval-uators shows that the effectiveness of this method.%本文建立了高校辅导员工作综合评价指标体系，利用层次分析法，确定每项指标权重。将灰色系统理论应用到辅导员工作综合评定中，采用定性分析和定量计算相结合的方法，构建了辅导员工作综合评定的多层次灰色综合评价模型。通过五位评审专家对一位辅导员的实例分析，说明此方法的有效性。
