浅议社区养老设施投资前景--以南昌老庆祥阳光社区为例

With the population is rapidly aging in China, the traditional family endowment service is increas-ingly weakened. However, for the aged in China, especially the elderly, the demand for social welfare and commu-nity care service is increasing. Nowadays many China's endowment functions rely on the community. This paper, by taking Nanchang Laoqingxiang Sunshine Community as an example, describes the investment prospects of community care facilities in China.%伴随着我国人口老龄化现象的不断加剧，我国传统家庭式的养老服务功能日益弱化，但是我国老年人特别是高龄老年人对社会福利和社区的照料服务的需求却在不断的增多。现今我国很多的养老职能都是依靠社区而形成的，本文以南昌老庆祥阳光社区为例，简述了未来我国社区养老设施的投资前景。
