新生代农民工就业短工化行为分析

         

摘要

With the times developing, the alternation between the old and new generation of migrant workers is more and more obvious, and the latter, as a new type of labor force, has become an important force in socialist modernization in China. However, problems, such as employment instability, high turnover rate, and trend of short-term work, have become increasingly prominent, which will bring great impact on the stable development of the new generation of migrant workers themselves, the enterprises and the society, and hinder the modernization and urbanization in China. Therefore, it is crucial to improve the employment stability of the new generation of mi-grant workers, reduce the trend of short-term work, which needs migrant workers, society and enterprises to work together. This paper expounds the present situation and influence of the phenomenon, analyzes its reasons, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.%随着时代的发展,新老代农民工代际交替越来越明显,新生代农民工作为一支新型的劳动队伍,成为我国社会主义现代化建设的重要力量。但是在就业中,新生代农民工就业不稳定、离职率高,就业短工化行为的问题日益突出,这必定会对新生代农民工自身、企业及社会的稳定发展带来很大的影响,并阻碍我国现代化、城市化的进程。因此,提高新生代农民工就业的稳定性,减少就业短工化行为至关重要,这就需要农民工自身、社会和企业三方面共同努力。本文阐述了新生代农民工就业短工化行为现状及影响,分析了新生代农民工就业短工化行为的原因,并提出相应的对策建议。
