关于创新文化建设的几点思考

摘要

Culture innovation is the foundation of global competition, as it has brought culture prospertiy and economic、political and socail development. The human history is a strong proof that culture innovation is of great value and significance in terms of social development. This paper looks at the definition of culture and history of culture innovation, indicates its uncomparable value and interaction with technology innovation, and proposes that by promoting culture inovation on ideology, institution and environment, the national competitive advantages will be enhanced.%　　全球化竞争的本质是创新文化的的竞争，通过文化创新实现文化繁荣，进而带动经济、政治和社会的进步，因此对任何社会发展而言，创新文化都具有无可比拟的首要价值和终极意义。中国正是经历了改革开放以来的文化创新和理念改进，推动了科技创新和制度创新，才实现了后来的经济高速增长和社会进步的现代化。本文通过概括研究文化的内涵和创新文化的变迁历史，揭示了创新文化在社会发展中的核心地位，尤其是与科技创新相辅相成的互动关系，提出加强创新文化建设，不断推进精神文化创新、制度文化创新和环境文化创新，是促进科技创新、生产力发展、增加综合国力和核心竞争力的首要路径。
