基于浏览器期刊稿件管理系统的设计与开发

摘要

稿件管理系统是期刊编辑部信息化管理的重要组成部分。为改变手工管理稿件的现状,提升稿件的处理效率并方便编辑和广大作者、审稿专家、读者之间的交流与合作,从单位的实际应用入手,提出并组织实施基于浏览器架构的稿件管理系统,提升科技期刊的信息化管理水平和办公效率。%A manuscript management system is an important part of informationization management for a periodical editorial department.To change the existing state of manual management and improve the processing rate of manuscripts and be convenient to exchange and cooperate for the editors,authors,experts who examines and approves the manuscripts and readers,from the actual application of the unit,this paper provides and organizes to accomplish a manuscript management system based on a browser architecture so as to improve the informationization management level of a periodical and the efficiency of performing office work.
