和谐社会构建中企业知识共享的问题与对策研究

摘要

Knowledge sharing is the important content of harmonious enterprises,and knowledge sharing directly affects the effect of enterprise management activity.Based on the analysis of the existing problems in enterprise knowledge sharing,we proposes corresponding countermeasures from harmonious enterprise,management level,corporate culture,incentive system,performance evaluation and other aspects.%知识共享是企业和谐的重要内容,知识共享的作用直接影响到企业管理活动的效果。我们在分析了企业知识共享存在的问题的基础上,从和谐企业、管理层重视、企业文化、激励制度、绩效评价等方面提出了相应对策。
