浅析“卓越医师”的教育培养

摘要

With the development of society,people pay more at-tention on life and health.They are strongly desired to have"good doctor"who can stand on the position of the patient with high degree of reverence for life concept. So,the quality of medical education is becoming more and more important."Program of excellent doctor" is to improve the quality of medical education, and it is the implementation of medical reform."Excellent doctor"has been of great concern to medical education. Education and training about "excellent doctor"should be our goal in medical schools.%　　随着社会的发展，人们对生命和健康的关注度越来越高，强烈期望培养出对生命具有高度的崇敬观念，能站在病人立场上进行诊断治疗的“优秀医师”，因而对医学教育的质量提出了越来越高的要求，“卓越医生教育培养计划”是为提高医学人才培养质量而实施的改革举措。医学院校“卓越医师”教育培养已经成为当前医学教育界十分关注的问题，培养和造就“卓越医师”应是我们追求的目标。
