实验室是大学生实训的重要基地，特别是对于高职高专学生，这是培养学生动手操作能力，将理论与实际相结合的重要场所，也是教师组织教学的主要基地，是科研和技术开发的重地。所以实验室的建设与管理关系到学院教育的成败，关系到学生的未来。本文从铁道职业学院的实验室队伍的建设、资金的投入以及实验教学改革方面的建设进行阐述高职院校实验室的建设与管理的重要性。%The laboratory, as an important base for the practical training of college students, especially higher vocational college students, is an important place for the cultivation of students' hands-on and operating ability and the integration of theory and practice, and is also the main base for teachers' teaching organi-zation, scientific research and technology development. There-fore, laboratory construction and management concern the suc-cess or failure of college education and the futures of students. Exemplified by railway vocational colleges, the importance of laboratory construction and management in higher vocational col-leges is elaborated in this paper from the construction of labora-tory teams, capital investments and the reforms of experimental teaching.
