浅析女职工特殊劳动保护工作--以福建高速公路系统为例

摘要

The front-line highway window work possesses unique occupational requirements and working environment. As the main group engaged in the work, female workers are faced with many new situations and challenges special labor protection. In this paper, with relevant situations of front-line highway female workers of Fuzhou Highway Company as the main observation point, starting from the common and difficult problems in special labor protection of highway female workers, the successful prac-tice is summarized, and deep reasons are analyzed, and sugges-tions on strengthening and improving special labor protection of female workers are also proposed in this paper.%高速公路一线窗口工作有独特的职业要求与工作环境，女职工作为从事这项工作的主要群体在特殊劳动保护工作上面临着许多新情况、新挑战。为此本文以高速公路福州公司一线女工群体相关状况为主要观察点，从高速公路一线女职工特殊劳动保护存在的普遍问题、困难入手，总结成功做法，分析深层原因，并提出加强和改进女职工特殊劳动保护工作的建议。
