关于高职德育工作有效性的思考

Culturing and creating millions of high-quality workers and high-skilled professionals is an important task of the voca-tional education. The ideas of the new generation of young people are showing new characteristics, so the traditional moral educa-tion is facing certain difficulties at this time. Enhancing the effec-tiveness of the higher vocational education must establish a"moral education"concept of education, strengthen the construc-tion of higher vocational education team, attache great importance to the great role of students'"learning to be a person of good con-duct"education, focus on the moral practice, and pursuit the art of moral education at the same time.%　　培养和造就数以百万计的高素质劳动者和高技能专门人才是高等职业教育的重要任务。新一代青年人的思想观念呈现出全新的特点。传统的德育工作在此时面临着一定的困境。增强高职德育的有效性必须树立“大德育”的教育观，加强高职德育队伍建设，高度重视对学生“学会做人”教育，注重道德实践活动的巨大作用，同时追求德育工作的艺术化。
