浅析军械士官队伍建设的现状

伴随着部队院校教育改革浪潮迭起，任职教育面临新的机遇和挑战。面对当前科学文化不断提高，新潮思想日趋复杂的现象，在军械士官队伍建设管理上，还存在“四重四轻”的倾向，军械士官队伍也还存在“三个不适应”的问题。解决这几个问题对于加强军械士官队伍建设至关重要。%Along with the repeated occurrence of education reform in military academies, professional education is faced with new opportunities and challenges. In face of the continuous improve-ment of science and culture currently, new-style ideas are in-creasingly complex. In the management of ordnance officer team construction, there is still the tendency of "four emphases and four neglects", and the team still has the problem of"maladjust-ment in three aspects". To solve the problems is of great signifi-cance to enhance ordnance officer team construction.
