政校合作开展无障碍视频文化服务的研究--以南京特殊教育职业技术学院图书馆开展无障碍视频文化服务为例

本文探讨了无障碍视频文化服务开展的背景和现状，并以南京特殊教育职业技术学院图书馆开展残疾人无障碍视频服务为例，提出了政校合作，发挥特殊师范学校资源、专业优势和政府指导职能，开展无障碍视频文化服务的实践措施。%This paper discusses the background and current situ-ation of barrier free video culture service development,and taking the barrier free video service offered by the library of Nanjing Technical College of Special Education as an example, proposes measures to carry out barrier free video culture service, such as government-college cooperation, giving play to the resources of special normal colleges, professional advantages and governmen-tal guidance function.
