青年教师作为实验诊断学教学的后备力量,在教学过程中发现教学内容、教学方法与师资队伍方面存在着问题。针对这些问题,结合教学实践,从教学的各个环节展开探讨,不断寻找并探索适合教与学的方法与途径,以期提高实验诊断学的教学质量和教学水平。%Young teachers,as the reserve force of teaching labora-tory diagnosis,found that a series of problems exist in teaching content,teaching method and teaching team of the teaching pro-cess. Combined with our teaching practice, we discussed every link of teaching,constantly looked for and explored for the teach-ing and learning methods,in hope of improving the teaching qual-ity and level of laboratory diagnosis.
