进入21世纪以来，我国的乡村旅游得到了充足的发展，但我国的乡村旅游由于起步较晚，目前仍处于初级阶段，其乡村旅游的开发模式过于单一，规划千篇一律，乡村旅游没有独特的文化内涵，旅游产品开发不合理，基础设施和服务相对落后，且生态环境也由于不合理的开发而造成不同程度的破坏，因此，在新农村建设的新形势下如何更好地发展乡村旅游成为了当前旅游行业面临的重要课题。新农村建设是当前的重点发展课题，同时也为乡村旅游发展带来了新的契机，如何把握这一政策优势，借助新农村建设来推动乡村旅游向高层次的发展建设，探讨新农村、新旅游和乡村旅游建设的关系是本文的立题核心。本文综合阐述了乡村旅游和社会主义新农村建设的内涵，认识了现阶段推进社会主义新农村建设的必要性，并进一步论述了我国乡村旅游发展与新农村建设相互促进的关系，指出了两者都是为了促进农村经济的可持续发展的共同性，最后探讨了我国的乡村旅游和新农村建设的整合及相互促进，科学、合理地规划和开发乡村旅游，并处理好各种关系，使得乡村旅游能够真正促进社会主义新农村的建设，促进农村经济的可持续发展。%After the entrance into the 21st century, China's rural tourism has achieved an adequate development, but because of our late start of rural tourism, it is still in its infancy. The current rural tourism development model is too simple, and the planning is always duplicated, so rural tourism has no unique culture and tourism product development is unreasonable, besides, the in-frastructure and services are relatively backward, and the ecolog-ical environment is also damaged to varying degrees caused by irrational development,therefore,how to better develop rural tour-ism under the new situation of new countryside construction has become an important issue currently faced by the tourism indus-try. New countryside construction is the focus of the current de-velopment issues, and it also brings new opportunities for rural tourism development, so in order to grasp the advantages of this policy, and promote rural tourism to a higher level of development and construction by means of new countryside, the exploration of the relationship among new countryside, new tourism and rural tourism construction is the core theme of this paper. This paper comprehensively explains the meaning of rural tourism develop-ment and new socialist countryside construction, recognizes the necessity at this stage to promote new socialist countryside con-struction, and further discusses the mutually promoting relation-ship between rural tourism development and new countryside construction, points out that both the two are aimed to promote the sustainable development of rural economy, and finally dis- cusses the integration and mutual promotion of rural tourism and new countryside construction in China, so as to use scientific and rational planning to develop rural tourism, and properly deal with all kinds of relationships, making rural tourism really promote new socialist countryside construction and promote the sustain-able development of rural economy.
