目前电信工程类企业的工时和考勤管理越来越关注工时效率。为提高劳动生产率和工时利用率,本文提出了工时管理三项指标体系,论述了其实施背景、推行的具体措施以及配套措施,并结合推行实例探讨了其分析方法。%Work hours and efficiency have been given more and more attention in the current work hour and attendance manage-ment of telecommunications engineering enterprises. In order to improve labor productivity and work hour utilization, this paper proposed the three-index system for work hour management, e-laborated the background of its implementation, the specific and supporting measures of its implementation, and explored the method of its analysis combined with living examples.
