提升高职学生职业素质的社会实践体系研究

         

摘要

Through a sample questionnaire survey on the current situation of higher vocational students' occupational qualities, different feedbacks have been obtained from enrolled college stu-dents, graduates and enterprises. Some conclusions have been made, including insufficient career guidance, improper arrange-ment of professional courses, single forms of social practice, inac-curate orientation of graduates' employment, . This paper at-tempts to explore the construction of a social practice system to improve higher vocational students' occupational qualities, fully developing different forms of on-campus and off-campus prac-tice. It hopes to feasibly improve higher vocational students' oc-cupational qualities through social practice.%通过对高职学生职业素质的现状进行抽样问卷调查,在校生、毕业生和企业反馈了不同方面的问题。针对调查发现的主要问题,包括高职的就业指导工作不到位,专业课程设置不够合理,社会实践活动形式单一,高职毕业生就业角色定位不准等。文章尝试探讨了构建提升高职学生职业素质的社会实践体系,充分挖掘校内和校外实践的不同形式,希望通过社会实践活动的锻炼,切实提高高职学生的职业素质。
