With the gradual expansion of professional minors, the subsequent problems are also increasingly prominent, which un-doubtedly needs the attention of universities and the society. At-tempting to solve the problems, this paper made field interviews and sampling surveys, and found some existing problems, such as the decline of students' enthusiasm, the severe shortage of teach-ers for professional minors, and the imperfect management and supervision system. In view of the above problems, this paper, in accordance with the survey results, used such methods as mathe-matical statistics and so on, to explore their core reasons, and provided corresponding solutions and prospects. The aim was to find a balance point among students, teachers and the university in the future development of minors.%随着专业辅修规模逐步扩大，伴随的问题也日益凸显，这无疑需要学校和社会予以重视。本文试从拟解决问题切入，根据实地访谈和调查取样发现一些现存问题，如学生积极性下降、辅修师资力量紧缺、管理监督体制有待完善等，针对发现的现存问题本文根据调查结果利用数理统计等方法探索其根本原因，并提供了相对应的解决方案以及前景展望。使辅修在未来发展的路上可以真正实现学生、老师、学校三方的一个平衡。
