顶岗实习，不仅可以进一步促进学生学会做人、做事，而且可以更好地培养学生的独立工作能力和职业心理素质；同时，还可以进一步拓展学生专业知识，培养其职业道德和操作技能。因此，学校成立了校企合作办，依托企业，工学结合。本文从实习的组织和指导出发，总结经验，对于学生在顶岗实习中的管理及工作中现存的问题，提出相应建议。%Internship can not only promote students to learn to do things, but also better train students' independent working ability and professional psychological quality, and at the same time, fur-ther expand students' professional knowledge and train their oc-cupational ethics and operation skills. The school should set up the school-enterprise cooperation office, so as to draw support from enterprises and work-study combination.
