研究生思想政治教育关系到研究生的成长成才，对于研究生教育有着重要意义，本文对研究生思想政治教育创新的必要性和可行性进行了研究，在此基础上对研究生思想政治教育创新的具体方案进行了探索。%Postgraduate ideological and political education con-cerns postgraduates' growth and success, so it is of great signifi-cance to postgraduate education. This paper researches the ne-cessity and feasibility of postgraduate ideological and political e-ducation, and then explores the specific scheme for postgraduate ideological and political education innovation.
