对接航空维修服务业的校内生产性实训基地文化建设研究

摘要

Culture is the soul of the intramural productive training base on aviation maintenance services, and cultural construction is an important content of productive training base. Firstly, the connotation of cultural construction on aviation maintenance ser-vice intramural productive training base was defined, and then the thinking of culture construction of intramural productive training base on aviation maintenance was put forward by select-ing, introducing, docking and fusing the enterprise excellent cul-ture, and the methods and measures for docking and fusion of ex-cellent enterprise culture were studied from such three aspects as spiritual culture, system culture and material culture.%文化是航空维修服务校内生产性实训基地的灵魂，文化建设是实训基地建设的重要内容，首先对航空维修服务校内生产性实训基地文化建设的内涵进行了界定，继而提出了通过选择、引进、对接与融合企业优秀文化来建设航空维修服务校内生产性实训基地文化的思路，并从精神文化、制度文化、物质文化三个层面，研究了对接与融合优秀企业文化的方法与措施。
