锤式破碎机模块化参数化设计研究与应用

         

摘要

为提高锤式破碎机设计效率和自动化程度,在分析了锤式破碎机的结构特点的基础上,对锤式破碎机进行模块划分,采用参数化设计技术建立其三维模型模板,利用VB与SolidWorks API开发出参数化设计系统.引入数据库管理技术对设计参数进行数据管理,并讨论了参数化设计后的工程图自动调整技术,实现了锤式破碎机的参数化快速化智能设计,大幅度提高了设计效率和设计质量。%In order to improve the design efficiency and degree of automation of the hammer crusher, on the basis of analyzing the structural characteristics of the hammer crusher, hammer crusher was divided in modularization way. The authors created the template of its three-dimensional model parametric by using parameterization design. Using VB and SolidWorks API, the authors developed a parametric design system, and introduced database management technologies for data management of the design parameters. The authors discussed the parametric design drawings automatically, which realized fast parameterization of intelligent design of hammer crusher, a substantial increasing design efficiency and design quality.
