基于制造企业的实际生产调度情况，对制造人员具有的不确定性进行了分析，并且对其相关特性进行定量评价，以期为生产调度的优化和改进提供理论基础，为实现精益生产提供思路和方法支持。%Based on the actual manufacturing production scheduling situation, the uncertainty of manufacturing personnel have been analyzed, and the quantitative evaluation of its relevant characteristics, in order to optimize and improve production scheduling provide a theoretical basis, and to achieve lean manufacturing ideas and methods of support.
