山西省转型跨越发展中的若干问题探讨

摘要

Transition and leaping development is significant strategy of“the 12th Five-Year Plan”in Shanxi province. The pa-per was analyzed status, related theory and concepts “resource curse”, and put forward corresponding thoughts and counter-measures around theme of transition and leaping, according to resource advantages, resource curse, image-building, soft-input and economical growth quality.%　　转型跨越发展是山西省“十二五”规划提出的重大战略。文章围绕转型跨越主题，就山西的资源优势与“资源诅咒”、山西经济发展新形象的塑造、软投入与经济增长质量等问题，分析了山西的现状，论述了“资源诅咒”的概念及现象，并对这一现象提出了相应的破解思路和对策。
