浅谈皮带机自移机尾螺旋滚筒的密封设计

摘要

介绍了ZY2700型皮带机自移机尾及螺旋滚筒在实际使用过程中存在的问题，并对螺旋滚筒的密封结构进行了优化设计，使其能得到较好的密封效果，从而保证螺旋滚筒长时间正常使用，自移机尾正常运行。%This paper introduces ZY2700 belt conveyer tail self-advancing device and screw roller, analyzed the problem of screw roller in work, improved an plan, and make a seal structure design of screw roller, in order to get good seal effect. which has promoted service life of the carrier roller greatly, and has the obvious economic efficiency.
