现代企业人性化管理的思考

摘要

The modern enterprise management of human nature as a new model of modern enterprise management have more and more enterprises are respected and valued. Implementation of the humanized management to effectively in the enterprise is the key to the development of enterprises. The paper discusses the practical significance of human nature management problems of enterprise management, and analysis on the status of humanized management in current modern enterprises, put forward reasonable suggestions to implement the humanized management.%现代企业人性化管理作为现代企业管理的一种新型模式，越来越受到企业的推崇和重视。如何在企业内部有效地实施人性化管理，是企业取得发展的关键。笔者探讨了人性化管理问题对企业管理的现实意义，并通过对当前企业中人性化管理的现状进行分析，就现代企业如何实现人性化管理提出合理的建议。
