Aiming at the problems existing in state-owned enterprises, from the optimization decision system, change the mode of thinking, the establishment of enterprise chain, 4 aspects of its regulation of market, put forward solutions and ideas, to promote the reform and development of state-owned enterprises.%针对国有企业存在的若干问题，从优化决策体系、改变思维模式、建立企业链条、发挥市场调控4个方面入手，提出解决办法和思路，以促进国有企业的全面改革和发展。
