既有线接触网改造过渡施工方案探讨

             

摘要

国民经济的快速增长对铁路运输能力的要求不断提高,其中既有线接触网改造过渡施工是提高铁路运输能力的重要组成部分之一。在既有线改造中,接触网设备与线路改造相互影响,为了协调线路改造、接触网改造之间的关系,应当兼顾施工与运输。文章结合工程实际,采用“永临结合”的施工方法,对既有线接触网改造过渡施工方案进行了初步探讨,新线接触网的架设通过低挂、高跨、卡绝缘,减少新建接触网带电调整时间,逐段降低、逐段调整、逐段投入使用,减少了施工对运输的影响。对解决接触网改造工程中的实际问题和提高施工工效有一定的意义。%The requirements of rapid growth of the national economy to railway transportation are constantly rising. And, re-construction of contact system of existing line is one of the important parts of improving railway transport capacity. In refor-mation of existing lines, based on interaction between contact system devices and circuit transformation, consideration shall be given to the construction and transportation in order to coordinate the relationship between the reconstruction of line and con-tact system. In this paper, combining engineering practice and construction scheme of“union of permanent and temporary”, the author discussed construction scheme of transforming contact system of existing line, and put forward that construction of new line contact system through low hanging, high cross, insulation, reducing adjust time of new contact system, piecewise debase, adjustment and piecewise putting into use, which reduced influence of construction to transportation, and solved prac-tical problems in contact system project and had certain significance to improve the construction efficiency.
