城市规划管理信息系统关键技术研究

摘要

City planning management information system for JavaScript development, C# language based on the server using ArcGIS Server standard geographic services, independent research and development of the urban planning management infor-mation system. The system realizes the planning of land use planning query, aggregation analysis, planning covers an analysis, red line transfer function. This paper mainly describes the method and implementation of system, and expatiates on its main function.%城市规划管理信息系统基于JavaScript和C#语言进行开发，服务端采用ArcGIS Server发布标准地理服务，自主研发了城市规划管理信息系统。系统实现了用地规划查询，规划聚合分析，规划占地分析、红线划拨等功能。文中主要说明了该系统的技术与实现方法，并对其主要功能加以阐述。
