生态文明背景下新城区转型发展道路--以南京市雨花台区为例

雨花台区作为受南京市辐射的新城区，转型发展中要树立生态文明发展理念，发挥可持续发展理论对经济社会转型发展的指导作用，提高城区空间利用效率，实现经济发展与资源环境的可持续以及以人为本和城市发展的可持续。%As a new urban district influnced by Nanjing main urban area, it should establish the concept of ecological civi-lization, play a guiding role in the theory of sustainable development of economic society development in transition, it should raise land and space utilization rate, it should be achieve economic development and resources and the environment sustain-able, people-orientedand sustainable development of the city.
