精益自动化装配线的研究应用

摘要

通过对精益自动化装配理论在企业具体装配生产中的实践应用及管理模式的探索，阐明应用精益自动化生产理念，对装配线进行工艺布局重组、物流优化、可视化管理技术等，是提高装配生产效率的有效手段，具有多种零部件并进行大批量生产的最终产品在某种程度上都可采用精益自动化装配线生产。%With the concepts of lean automated production,this article explains that it is an effective measure to improve as-sembly production efficiency by means of Process Layout Restructuring、Logistics Optimizing and Visual Management Technol-ogy in the assembly lines by exploring practical application and management models in the concrete assembly production of enterprises. Any mass-produced final product with a variety of parts and components can be produced in the automated as-sembly lines.
