双渠道供应链合作模式下需求信息共享研究

摘要

根据现有的双渠道供应链相关研究文献，探讨了双渠道供应链需求信息共享问题，阐述了需求信息共享对于双渠道供应链合作的作用，指出了在双渠道供应链合作中进行信息共享的方法与策略，从而有效地协调双渠道供应链中的冲突与竞争问题，促使双渠道供应链整体及各个成员获得更多收益。%According to the existing literature of supply chain,demand information sharing in dual-channel supply chain are discussed. It is concluded that demand information sharing affects the cooperation of dual-channel supply chain. Then it puts forward the method and strategy of information sharing in order to resolve the conflict and competition problems in du-al-channel supply chain and greatly improve the profits of the whole chain.
