清季两淮盐政的困境对清宫财政的影响

The economic link between Lianghuai salt and Qing court appeared in emperor Kangxi’s reign, and the money from Lianghuai salt accounted for more than half of the revenue of Qing court in Qianlong's and Jiaqing's reigns. However, the proportion began to decline after emperor Daoguang’s reign. And it was increasingly marginalized in the system of court revenue in the late Qing Dynasty. The changes of its contribution to the court revenue were the epitome of the development of Lianghuai salt in Qing Dynasty.%康熙时期，两淮盐政与清宫发生了经济联系，至乾嘉时期，两淮盐政成为清宫财政的主要来源，其输解的银两占内务府总收入的一半以上。道光以后，两淮的这种地位逐步弱化，至同光时期，其在清宫财政收入体系中的地位不断边缘化。这种财政地位的变化是清代两淮盐务发展的缩影。
