活性炭纤维电极对Mg2+、Ca2+的电吸附行为研究

         

摘要

电吸附技术是具有再生简单、无二次污染等优点,成为目前分离技术研究的热点.为了考察电吸附技术在卤水中应用的可能性,文章研究了ZnCl2改性前后活性炭纤维电极对Mg2、Ca2的电吸附行为,主要考察了初始溶液浓度、电压、极距等因素对电吸附行为的影响.实验结果表明,活性炭纤维电极经ZnCl2改性后吸附速率和静态吸附容量得到明显提高.吸附速率随着溶液初始浓度和电极电压的增大而增大,除盐率随着电压的增大和极距减小而增大、随着溶液浓度的增大而减小.在电压为1.8V、极距为6 mm、电极面积为128 cm2时,ZnCl2改性后的活性炭纤维电极对135 mL初始溶液浓度为0.1 g/L的MgCl2和CaCl2溶液的除盐率分别达到83%和87.3%.%Electrosorption technology is researched with its advantages as easily recycling,without secondary pollution and so on.In order to investigate the possibility of the electrosorption technology be used in brine resource,the modification of activated carbon fiber(ACF) electrode by ZnCl2 and its electrosorption performance of Mg2 + and Ca2 + were studied.The experimental results show that the adsorption rate and adsorption capacity are enhanced after modified by ZnCl2.The electrosorption capacity increases with the increase of initial concentration and voltage.The removal rate increases with electrode potential increase and electrode plates distance decrease,and decreases with increasing of initial concentration.Under the following conditions:electrode potential exerted is 1.8 V,distance between electrode plates is 6 mm,electrode area is 128 cm2,volume of solution is 135 mL,and initial concentration of solution is 0.1 g/L,the removing rate of MgCl2 solution and CaCl2 solution could be up to 83% and 87.3% respectively.
