芒硝型卤水杂质铁、锰元素的深度去除

摘要

Sodium sulfate type brine was pretreated by adding oxidant.The addition of potassium permanganate and hydrogen peroxide,the preparation of medium and the method of controlling pH to remove trace element iron and manganese in brine was investigated.The experimental data showed that the method can reduce iron and manganese content to 0.02 mg/kg,0.004 mg/kg or less,respectively.The trace oxidant addition didn't introduce new impurity into brine,which provided important reference for deep brine purification and salt making.%通过添加氧化剂对芒硝型卤水进行预处理,考察了高锰酸钾、双氧水两种氧化剂的添加,氧化剂配制介质以及控制pH值的方式达到深度去除卤水中微量元素铁、锰的效果.实验数据表明,该方法可将铁元素含量降至0.02 mg/kg或以下,锰元素降至0.004 mg/kg或微量氧化剂添加并未将新的杂质引入到卤水中,为卤水深度净化及制盐提供重要参考.
