构造煤煤层气压裂方式及机制探讨

         

摘要

针对构造煤地区煤层气开发效果较差的问题,通过分析淮北矿区和湖南洪山殿矿区构造煤条件下煤层气顶板分段压裂水平井、垂直井的工程案例,结合水力压裂缝起裂和延伸机理分析,提出了构造煤"破壁"间接压裂技术,即在构造煤顶底板选择合适的岩层进行压裂施工,可以造出较长且与煤层沟通良好的压裂缝,能够大大提高压裂的增产效果,且具有有效降低钻井液、压裂液对煤层的伤害,提高煤层气排采效果的作用.%In view of the poor effect of CBM development in tectonic coal area, based on the analysis of the engineering cases of horizontal wells and vertical wells under the condition of tectonic coal in Huaibei Mining Area and Hongshandan Mining Area in Hunan Province, combined with the analysis of the initiation and extension mechanism of hydraulic fracturing, the paper proposes the technology of indirect fracturing of tectonic coal by"breaking the wall", that is, selecting suitable rock layers for fracturing construction in the roof and floor of tectonic coal. This technology can create long pressure fractures with good communication with the coal seam, greatly improve the stimulation effect of fracturing, effectively reduce the damage of drilling fluid and fracturing flu-id to the coal seam, and improve the drainage effect of coalbed methane.
