坚硬顶板下“有限变形”巷旁支护沿空留巷

     

摘要

基于薄煤层坚硬顶板下沿空留巷的矿压显现规律,建立了巷旁支护模型:在充填处预设顸板下沉量,充分利用煤壁的承载能力;采用单体支柱与矸石带联合支护充填区域顶板的支护,并采用卸压钻孔辅助切顶,及时切断巷道项扳与采空区顶板的联结,充当巷道支护的保护岩块.利用数值模拟软件FLAC3D,分别模拟了3个临时支护方案下的沿空留巷效果,通过比较3个方案下的顶板下沉情况、顸板回转角情况,确定了采用矸石带与单体支柱来联合支护顶板.实践表明,滨湖煤矿16105工作面沿空留巷时,混凝土充填体宽度取2.0 m,高度为1.5 m,留巷效果较好,基本满足下一工作面的生产需要.%Based on the laws of strata behaviors in gob-side entry retaining under the thin coal seam and hard roof,support model of roadway side is built.The subsidence of roof is reserved and coal wall's capacity is used completely;both single props and gangue belt are used in the support of filling area's roof and pressure-released boreholes are used for cutting roof and cutting off the connection between the roof of goaf and the roof of roadside in time to become the protecting block of roadside supporting.By using numerical simulation software FLAC3D,the gob-side entry retaining of three temporary supporting schemes is simulated,through a comparative analysis of the roof subsidence and the angle of roof rotation,it is determined that both single props and gangue belt are used as supporting roof.The practice shows that the effect of gob-side entry retaining is good when the width and height of the concrete filling body is 2.0 m and 1.5 m in 16105 working face of Binhu Coal Mine,and the production needs of the next working face are basically satisfied.
