为研究不同耦合装药系数条件下,深孔预裂爆破对煤层增透的效果,利用ANSYS/LSDYNA建立了4组不同耦合装药系数的爆破模型并进行模拟;得出裂隙发育图、应力云图及x方向的应力时程图.分析结果得以下结论:耦合系数K=1.5时的裂隙扩展长度较K=1.0时长;不耦合装药结构使有效应力分布更均匀,随着耦合装药系数的增大,有效应力范围减小,均小于完全耦合时的情况;适当增大耦合装药系数,可提高能量利用率,增透的效果更好,继续增大耦合装药系数,则裂隙不向控制孔延伸.%In order to study the effect of deep hole pre-splitting blasting on coal seam under different coupling charge coefficients,four sets of blasting models with different coupling charge coefficients were established and simulated by ANSYS / LS-DYNA.The stress nephogram and stress time history in x direction are obtained;the results of the analysis are as follows:when K=l.5,the crack propagation length is longer than that K=1.0;the uncoupled charge structure makes the effective stress distribution more uniform;with the increase of the coupling charge coefficient,the effective stress range decreases,which is less than that in the case of complete coupling;appropriately increasing in coupling charge coefficients can improve the energy efficiency and achieve the better permeability increasing effect;continuously increasing the coupling charge factor,the cracks do not extend to the control hole.
