通经活利汤联合展筋酊治疗慢性膝关节滑膜炎临床观察

[ABSTRACT]Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Tongjing Huoli Decoction(通经活利汤) combined with Zhanjin Tincture(展筋酊) in treatment of chronic gonarthromeningitis.Methods:70 cases of chronic gonarthromeningitis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,35 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Tongjing Huoli Decoction and externally-applied Pingle Zhanjin Tincture.The control group was treated with Synovitis Granule(滑膜炎颗粒) and externally-applied Diclofenac Diethylamine Glue.The course of treatment for the two groups was 28 d.The curative effects of the two groups were observed and evaluated.Results:In the treatment group,21 cases were cured,11 cases were improved,and 3 cases was not cured,the total efifciency being 91.43%;while in the control group,12 cases were cured,19 cases were improved,and 4 cases were ineffective,the total efficiency being 88.57%.The difference between total effective rates of the two groups was not statistically signiifcant(P> 0.05);while the difference between the recovery rates of the two groups was statistically signiifcant(P< 0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores,joint swelling scores,and HSS scores of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,the difference being statistically significant(P< 0.05).The differences between joint swelling scores and HSS scores of the two groups were statistically signiifcant(P< 0.05).The difference between VAS scores of the two groups was not statistically significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion:Tongjing Huoli Decoction combined with Zhanjin Tincture has a curative effect in the treatment of chronic gonarthromeningitis and can significantly improve the joint swelling and HSS score compared with Synovitis Granule combined with externally-applied Diclofenac Diethylamine Glue,but it is still uncertain whether there is a difference on pain-relief.%目的：观察通经活利汤联合展筋酊治疗慢性膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法：将70例慢性膝关节滑膜炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组35例。治疗组口服通经活利汤配合外用平乐展筋酊，对照组口服滑膜炎颗粒配合外用双氯芬酸二乙胺胶剂。两组疗程均为28 d。对两组进行疗效评定和观察指标分析。结果：治疗组治愈21例，好转11例，未愈3例，总有效率为91.43%；对照组治愈12例，好转19例，未愈4例，总有效率为88.57%。两组总有效率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；两组治愈率比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组VAS评分、关节肿胀评分、HSS评分均较治疗前改善，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组关节肿胀评分、HSS评分比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组VAS评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：通经活利汤联合展筋酊治疗慢性膝关节滑膜炎疗效确切，相比滑膜炎颗粒配合双氯芬酸二乙胺胶剂，能明显改善关节肿胀、HSS评分，但尚不认为在改善疼痛方面存在差异。
