目的：观察中医综合疗法治疗跟痛症的临床疗效。方法：将84例跟痛症患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，每组42例。治疗组采用中药内服、外洗和针灸综合治疗，2周为1个疗程；对照组采用局部封闭治疗，每周1次，连续注射2周，2次为1个疗程。比较2组治疗1个疗程后的临床疗效，并观察不良反应和复发情况。结果：治疗组优10例，良19例，好转11例，无效3例，总有效率为92.85%；对照组优7例，良13例，好转15例，无效7例，总有效率为83.33%。2组比较，差异有统计学意义﹙P<0.05﹚。治疗后随访6个月，2组患者未见不良反应，对照组随访期内复发5例，治疗组无复发。结论：中医综合疗法可以明显改善跟痛症患者的疼痛，行走障碍症状、体征，有效提高患者的工作和生活质量，是一种安全、有效的方法。%[ABSTRACT]Objective:To observe the clinical effect of comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM comprehensive therapy) on the treatment of heel pain.Methods:84 patients with heel pain were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,42 cases in each.The treatment group was treated with TCM comprehensive therapy including oral administration,external washing and acupuncture and moxibustion,2 weeks as 1 course of treatment.The control group was given closed local treatment of injection for two weeks as a course,once a week.The clinical efficacy of the 2 groups was compared after a course of treatment.Results:In the treatment group,10 cases were excellent,19 cases were good,11 cases were improved,and 3 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate being 92.85%;while in the control group,7 cases was excellent, 15 cases were good,13 cases were improved,and 7 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate being 83.33%. The difference between the 2 groups was statistically signiifcant (P< 0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,no adverse reactions were found in the 2 groups.Recurrence in 5 cases was found in the control group during the followed-up,while no recurrence was found in the treatment group.Conclusion:TCM comprehensive therapy can signiifcantly relieve the pain of patients with heel pain and improve their walking condition and quality of life and work,safe and effective.
