建立了低渗透油藏三维稳态流动模型及水平井井筒流动模型,然后将水平井井筒流动和油藏渗流联系起来建立耦合模型,并提出耦合模型求解方法,编制了相应的程序进行实例计算和分析。研究表明:水平井段靠近跟端段,随着启动压力梯度的增大,水平井井筒压力变化越小,水平井段靠近趾端段,水平井井筒压力不随启动压力梯度变化而变化。当水平渗透率不变时,随着垂向渗透率的减小,储层各向异性增大,井筒的压力分布越均匀。研究为低渗透油藏的产能及动态分析提供了一定的理论基础。%This paper established the 3D homeostasis flow model and horizontal wellbore flow model of low permeability reservoir and then built up coupling model of horizontal wellbore flow and reservoir seepage, put forward the calculation method and com-piled corresponding program for calculation and analysis. The research showed that when horizontal section is close to the end, with the increase of threshold pressure gradient, the horizontal wellbore pressure change is small. But when the horizontal section is near the front section, horizontal wellbore pressure does not vary with the change of threshold pressure gradient. When the horizontal per-meability is unchanged, as vertical permeability decreases and reservoir anisotropy increases, wellbore pressure distribution is uni-form. The research provides a theoretical basis for productivity and dynamic analysis of low permeability reservoirs.
