Y341双封一趟管柱分压工艺在苏北油田的应用

         

摘要

由于苏北阜宁组储层埋藏深、物性差、薄互油层多、低孔低渗,具有采收率低、裂缝延伸压力高、改造难度大、单井产能低等特点。采用常规分层压裂工艺,作业工序多、周期长,部分低渗储层改造不充分,造成措施效果不理想。为缓解层间矛盾,加强低孔低渗层压裂改造效果,采取Y341双封一趟管柱分层改造技术手段,借助裂缝设计软件模拟优化工艺参数进行储层改造。这项工艺技术的成功应用极大地缩短了作业周期,节省成本,提高了储层的改造程度。返排完机抽,改造初期与周围井相比平均多产油5.9 t/d,且产量较稳定。%With deep buried, bad property, multiple thin interbedded reservoir and low permeability reservoir, Funing group of North Jiangsu oil field has the characteristics of low recovery efficiency, high fracture extension pressure, difficult transformation, and low single-well productivity. Common separate layer fracturing process takes more work processes and long operating cycles, or causes inadequate of part of low permeability reservoir transformation, resulting that measures are not ideal. To ease the contra⁃diction between layers and strengthen the fracturing effects of the low porosity and permeability layer, the reservoir was reconstruct⁃ed by taking separate layer fracturing technology with Y341 double packer by one trip string and the crack design software to simu⁃late and optimize process parameters. The successful application of this technology greatly shortens the operating cycle, reduces cost savings, and improves the degree of reservoir transformation. After flowback and followed by the machine pumping, the oil pro⁃duction was 5.9 t/d more than average compared to the adjacent wells in the early transformation with stable yield.
