商科实验对学生间隐性知识转移作用探究——以ERP沙盘模拟实验为例

         

摘要

Aiming at the problem that tacit knowledge is difficult to transfer among students, this paper discusses conditions of promoting transfer of tacit knowledge by establishing a game model under experimental environment: the lower the cost of tacit knowledge students share with each other, or the greater the profit, or the more serious the punishment is, the more motivation students have to share tacit knowledge with each other. It also reaches the conclusion, by analysing ERP sand table simulation, that increasing the frequency of similar experiment, or changing experimental organization forms or class atmosphere will help transfer tacit knowledge between students.%针对隐性知识很难在学生中转移的问题,通过建立实验环境下隐性知识转移博弈模型得出促进转移的条件:当学生与他人分享自身隐性知识的成本越低,或分享的收益越大,或不愿与他人分享的惩罚越大,抑或从分享中获得正向激励越多的几种情况中任意一种时,学生越有动力与他人分享自身隐性知识.以ERP沙盘模拟实验为例分析得出结论:如果增加同类实验频率、改变实验组织形式或班级风气都将促进隐性知识在学生间的转移.
